SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Effective August 01, 2017, Kudzu Soap Company is happy to announce that we are now providing FREE SHIPPING on all consumer orders totaling $50.00 USD or greater. We have went through our online system and removed all shipping charges for orders placed directly through the KudzuSoapCompany.com website that match that order criteria.
We utilize the right to ship your order to you with the shipping company that offers the highest quality service for a reasonable rate. If you choose to have your order shipped with a specific carrier please contact us via phone to make the appropriate changes to your order. This could result in additional shipping charges.
Most orders received will be shipped within four (04) business days. During busy holiday seasons we ask that you allow seven to ten (07-10) business days. Please plan accordingly for all orders with these holiday and time frame(s) in mind.
It is very important that you provide the correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address, and your order must be re-shipped, you will be responsible for and and all additional shipping charges.
We only ship within the continental United States. If you need expedited shipping please contact us at (678) 587-8851 or email us at email@example.com.
We will ship out your package via our normal shipping method, USPS Priority Mail. If you need this expedited, please contact us immediately upon placing your order though our website. Additional shipping fees will apply for faster shipping method.
NOTE: Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
If your package is returned to us by our shipping company after two delivery attempts, we will be glad to reship this for you but the cost to reship will be your responsibility. The cost to reship will be communicated to you via email and an invoice sent for payment. In the event this occurs when free shipping is applicable then regular shipping rates will apply.
We ship all of our products from Northwest Alabama. Depending upon where you are located, it will take anywhere from two to five business days for your package to reach you.
Due to the type of products that we sell, we DO NOT accept returns or make exchanges. Once our products leave our facility we are not able to control the level of purity or sanitation. These items are not able to be restocked once they leave the facility. Please make sure that you check your order sufficiently before submitting it. We are not to be held responsible if you do not like the color, scent, texture, etc. of the products once you receive them.
If you receive your package and it is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within forty-eight (48) hours to file a claim. If you receive your order and the products are damaged inside the box or packaging, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours to make a claim. Please keep all packing materials and products intact, in the box, until further instruction is given. You may need these items to remain in the same condition you received them in order to prove damage to the shipping company.
If we send incorrect items, please notify us within seventy-two (72) hours. We will take the proper steps to ensure that you receive the correct items that you ordered.
